How dare you scare the living crap out of me! Very good game! Highly recommend. Still can't believe it was only made in 10 days. I managed to stream this as well, and passed the download link to a couple more people to play it.

Twitch Clip

Only just came across this game and wow its a really good experience. Theamount of effort that went into it can be seen, and for it only taking 10 days to make is incredible tbh. I really wish  it was longer as I really enjoted the game and wasn't ready for it to end! Will have to play your other game!

Me gusto mucho el juego, estuvo bueno empezo como meh y luego se puso rudo, aqui dejo mi video probandolo, gracias

Anyone else get stuck in the social room? The icon in the middle of the floor appears, but when I step on it nothing happens and then I can't walk away from that spot.

This scared the piss out of me! xD  I really enjoyed the game. I have to ask...did you get any inspiration from Mists of Aiden, or Phasmophobia?  Anyway, i hope you continue creating games, because i want to know what you could do on your time, without any time frame.  Great job  :)

Here is my playthrough. You can skip to 4:30 when it starts.

I just finished the game. It was okay. The atmosphere was pretty good and the music was nice. I would have liked to have our character actually do more of the ghost hunting (i.e. have him say the lines into the recorder; not the guy that we're hearing in our earpiece... after all, how is the recorder picking up his voice even, if we're listening to him via an earpiece?) or have more equipment to use (i.e. a thermometer to detect cold areas; an EMF reader; maybe nightvision goggles to see orbs; etc). But, I realize this game was made in 10 days, so maybe there wasn't enough time for that (I don't know how to make games, so Idk how much time it takes to implement stuff like that).

The storyline around The Peeper was a little confusing to me (initially it seems like he was free to move about, as the facility became overcrowded and doctors stopped caring; but then later the story is that he seemingly stalked patients even though he was locked up in isolation or whatever...so, was he locked up? Or roaming free around the building? I'm not quite sure). I feel the second part of the story would maybe have made more sense if these patients were supposedly stalked by The Peeper after he was already dead (that way there'd be no confusion of if he was locked up or if he was roaming free around the building; plus there'd be the assumption by doctors the patients were hallucinating...but now we know that might not be the case because of what we have seen so far in the building). Idk, that's just my opinion on the story line. For me, story continuity (or lack thereof) can put a damper on a game because I overthink it. If it's a long game, it isn't as big of a deal because I might forget details from earlier on, but for such short games, it's more noticeable.

My one big complaint about the game, though, is that there is no cursor lock. I accidentally clicked out of the game (into my second monitor) so many times when trying to open doors that it kinda took me out of the immersion of the game. Having cursor lock is really important, imo, especially in horror games where you want the player truly immersed in the environment.

I don't know how many other games you have made before this, but overall, I think this was a good try, especially for only being made in 10 days. I'm sure the more games you make, the more you'll continue to improve. Good luck with your future games!

there are 2 different types of horror games.  The first  type is scary where you get like, jump scares of normal or ghosts, and the other type is creepy where its kind of like a ghost with completely white eyes and stuff like that.

I recommend you play the game before watching the video to avoid spoilers!!

This game is on another level. As an Indie horror game this got me scared throughout the game like a legit full fledged game. Jeez the voice acting is fantastic and gets you in the environment. The jumpscares are straight out of no where and whenever I think back about the game I get chills.
I want to talk about what happens in the game but I think it will ruin the experience and I don't want to spoil anything.

Phenomenal stuff. Try the game I can't believe it's free. Highly Recommend.

I think that i never screamed so much making a video... Really well done! Consider taking away the flashlight as soon as it breaks!

This game was PHENOMENAL. I LOVED every second of this game, the jumpscares were extremely well done, and the atmosphere was top-notch. I made a video about it if you would like to see here:

I loved the game, the jump scares really got me and I loved the narrative behind it and I still can't believe you made it in 10 days!!! you can check out my gameplay reaction video on my channel!! thanks

A really enjoyable horror experience, even if its a little slow paced. Enjoyed the narrative and didn't go too cliche on jump scares, instead relying on the narrative, exploration, and paranormal sightings and interactions. Kind of left me curious if there are multiple endings, seem to be stuck doing one thing at the end.

Only cons were having to manually set screen resolution in Unity via commands, the window not wanting to capture my mouse with a multi monitor setup, and slow walk speed.

Hey AI heck I am your big fan.... When will another of your game come?????(P.s. epic game lol)

im shaking this was so fucking scary and only made in 10 days!

Al Heck,  do you intend to bring this game to other platforms, Mobile and consoles?

(+1)

I eventually want to make a series of about 6 games like these, revamp them, and then release them on steam/console.  Sort of like a creep show/tales from the crypt series.

(+1)(-1)

I understand, but in the future will mobile players be able to play this game?

didn't expect it to be so scary! gave me a lot of jumpscares! check out my video (bahasa indonesia)!

this game scared the shit out of me, i liked it and hope you make more content like this

Good game, shame it was this short tbh! Can't wait to see if there will be more games from you guys in the future! Really well done! Didn't expect too much of it, like a few scare moments, but I might have pooped my pants on more than 1 occasion.

Only negative I can think of is that the mouse cursor sometimes flips out of the game. Which was sometimes a bit annoying.

My playthrough here:

Really a well done experience, very good sense of foreboding and tension with events spread out enough to take advantage of that tension buildup.

It might be nice if more side paths were available to allow the player to wander though. It felt a little bit linear in that regard but did a good job at keeping the player moving.

My main critiques are:
The game didn't trap the mouse cursor allowing it to wander outside the game which can result in misclicking outside the window when trying to turn the character.
The default mouse sensitivity was quite high so I'd suggest adding a sensitivity slider if possible.

This was wild!

Really good for a 10 day dev time.

What a good surprise! Congratulations, the story begin like a classic one but... it works!

I think this is a pretty good game, the jumpscares definitely scared me a lot.  I paused a lot during the game because I get scared really easily so when the epic music starts playing I'm just standing there, paralyzed XD

I do think there are some things that I wish I could adjust, like the audio and the sensitivity. The starting menu is definitely too loud for me. The menu thingy when you're playing the game doesn't really work too.

very cool game

Screams Eerie ... more screams on edge! Everyone needs to experience this game especially in the middle of the night!

hey did you subscribe to this Special offer  $997 or use Filebase Membership  Only $99 ?

You can do the Filebase Membership only to get all of the assets.  The program is aimed at getting you a career as a game developer.
